Martin Lindström
Martin Lindström enjoys the challenge of finding new ways of learning and networking at executive level. Something he practices as co-founder and partner of Lindström & Göthberg which focuses on individual development programs for top leaders within the corporate world as well as in public organizations.
Martin started his career in the mining industry in South America. From his sales management position he learned the value of involving people at all levels. Since then he has held various consultant and business leader roles, with a common theme of involvement, learning and executive development. Prior to his present position he took part in starting and building a networking and learning company within Investor Ltd, serving the leadership of companies in the Wallenberg sphere. Part of the mission was to organize learning journeys for executives, including leaders from companies like ABB, Atlas Copco and AstraZeneca. Martin is further an advisor to Swedish King Carl XVI Gustaf´s Foundation for Young Leadership, supporting the development of promising young leaders. Martin holds an MSc from Gothenburg School of Economics.
Having worked in many corners of the world he still enjoys travelling and exploring new cultures, although kayaking or sailing in the archipelago of hometown Stockholm beats almost everything.
